Here are some simple instructions for scheduling an online counseling session:
Once you've decided that online counseling is your best option, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. briefly detailing your current counseling needs. I will respond assessing how well your issues fit within an online counseling relationship. Once you are approved, I will ask you to print out, fill out, sign, and mail my ONLINE COUNSELING NEW PATIENT INFORMATION FORM, and the ONLINE COUNSELING PATIENT AGREEMENT FORM to my office along with a completed first session payment to reserve your session time.
Once all forms and payments are received, the session will be scheduled. When the day arrives, you will go to the instant messenger window, called MEEBO, in my website's ONLINE COUNSELING tab. There is no registration or logging in needed to access and use the messenger window. Once you are there I will ask that you message me at the hour our session is scheduled; I will reply, and we will begin!
*Please note that this instant messenger is completely secure and private and I will be the only person able to read and communicate with you there.
